Organization Approvals
We can help you obtain the necessary EASA organisation approvals for your aerospace project. Drawing on extensive experience with smaller design organizations, we recognize the importance of developing low-overhead processes that are proportionate to the complexity of your project and the size of your organization.
In some instances, a design organization approval may not be necessary. As your consultant, we will always keep your project’s needs and your company’s long-term development goals in mind to identify the most efficient path to realizing your project.
Our involvement is always entirely up to you — whether you seek guidance navigating the approval process or wish to delegate a larger portion of the workload, we are here to support you every step of the way. Let’s schedule a call to discuss how we can help bring your project to life.
Our scope of work
- Part-21 Design Organisation Approvals (DOA)

Steps to an EASA approval
Setting up an organization approval requires a structured approach based on careful planning and a realistic timeline. Our approach includes:
- Defining the intended Terms of Approval
- Project planning, including allocation of resources and workshare agreement
- Analysing your existing company processes and quality system (gap analysis)
- Identifying software for configuration and process management, if applicable
- Drafting the procedures and templates of the Design Organisation Handbook (DOH)
- Defining internal and external interfaces of the DO
- Qualification and training of your proposed DO staff
- Managing the EASA application process
- Preparing for and supporting EASA audits
